ISSUE 1 - 01/02/2006

1.) A range of soft-back publications comprising a mix of F.S.C certified paper & controlled wood.

2.) Invoices will display book title & F.S.C Number

3.) Will be reviewed Annually

4.) F.S.C certified paper in a range of grammages & controlled wood paper in a range of grammages

5.) Claim is for a sale of F.S.C mixed sources of credit material

Controlled Wood Policy

For controlled wood material Artisan Press make sure they meet the following criteria:-

1.) Artisan will not use wood harvested from forest areas where traditional or civil rights are violated.

2.) Artisan will not use wood harvested from non-FSC certified forest areas having high conservation values which are threatened.

3.) Artisan will not use wood harvested from genetically modified (GM) trees.

4.) Artisan will not use illegally harvested wood.

5.) Artisan will not use wood from natural forest that has been converted to plantations or non-forest use.
