A Muller Tempo high speed stitching line and the innovative Ferag drum stitcher system, running directly into inserting and shrinkwrapping lines, establish a stitching capacity exceeding 60,000 brochures per hour.

Adhesive binding

Adhesive binding provides the ideal complement for the large pagination catalogue and publishing work that we undertake. Three fully automated adhesive binding lines, inclusive of the innovative Corona, provides capacity for binding up to 30 sections plus cover at a rate of 25,000 catalogues per hour.

Mailing

Fully automated Sitma lines insert the mailing contents, which can then be individually ink jetted in three positions, before sealing the package ready for mailing directly into the postal system.
